This website is informational. It describes what CareLink Wellness does. It is not the service, and using it does not enrol you in anything or create a care relationship.
If you become a CareLink Wellness client, a separate service agreement will govern that relationship. Where the two documents differ, the service agreement governs.
Agreement to these terms
By using carelinkwellness.ca you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Pulse Connect, the company that owns and operates the CareLink Wellness brand, based in Ontario, Canada.
This is not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional who knows the person being cared for.
CareLink Wellness does not diagnose medical conditions. The insights our service surfaces — on wellness, medication, activity, and cognition — are designed to help the people already in someone’s circle of care notice things earlier and act sooner. The technology augments the humans doing the caring. It never replaces them, and it never replaces a clinician.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored, and it is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. Do not use this site, our email address, or a voicemail to report an emergency.
What is described here, and what is available today
We describe the CareLink Wellness service as we have designed it. Features roll out over time, and some described here may be limited in availability, offered only in certain regions, or still in development at the moment you read this. Nothing on this website is an offer, a commitment to deliver a particular feature, or a guarantee of a particular outcome. What you actually receive is set out in your service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may read this site, and share links to it, freely. You may not:
- Copy, republish, or redistribute its content as your own, or use it for a commercial purpose, without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site’s operation or availability, including by automated scraping that degrades it.
- Use the site in any way that breaks an applicable law.
Our content
The text, images, illustrations, layout, design, and the CareLink Wellness name and logo on this site are owned by Pulse Connect or used by us under licence, and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to use any of it beyond ordinary personal reading and linking.

Where we link to a website we do not run, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail on it is complete and current at the moment you read it. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

How this website handles information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be heard by the courts of Ontario, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
